Directions for Use:

Body: Apply the mud to your body. After 15-20 minutes wash off your body with lukewarm water without using soap.

Scalp: Apply the Mud to your hair roots and massage the scalp for 2-3 minutes. Then apply another layer to your hair. After 5-10 minutes wash off your hair and scalp with lukewarm water without using soap or shampoo.
